POSITION DESCRIPTION  

The Performance Outcome Analyst will integrate data from various sources to create clinical, operational, and financial reporting that supports organizational effectiveness, performance, and clinical outcomes. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Ability to understand and analyze multiple data sources to create actionable reporting for various end users
  • Ensures that integrity of data being reported is accurate and valid
  • In collaboration with VPA operations, Quality Management, and Care Management, work collaboratively to discern true data needs and translate that information into reporting
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, validating, and summarizing information in standard production formats and is responsible for production
  • Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate review of program effectiveness
  • Identify trends in expenses, utilization, medical quality, and other areas
  • Serves as a member of multidisciplinary performance improvement teams that work to develop, analyze, and interpret measures for monitoring clinical outcomes, utilization patterns, and process improvement
  • Able to design and implement dashboard reports according to business requirements and technical specifications
  • Utilize benchmarking data to evaluate current processes as they are related to operations


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE  

  • Bachelorís degree in Health Administration or other related field
  • Self motivated with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and ease with data management
  • Excellent skills in oral and written communication and time management

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE  

  • Ability to work with groups to understand data needs
  • Schedule flexibility based on company needs, project deadlines
